A journey that began two years back and how I moved from an overweight 240 pound(109 kg) to a 195 pound (88 kg) individual. I changed my food habits , started cooking for my meals and counted calories at every turn. I converted the drab diet meals to tasty indian meals and can go on to say that I enjoy my low cal meals today for its taste and colours than the regular foods that I used to have before. If i can influence even a wee bit of your life to get interested in cooking and more importantly healthy cooking , I will consider it a job well done.
