Most days cooking is a rush job but i still prefer to cook at home so that i am sure of what I am eating. So what i have got for you is another jiffy cooking
Chicken 500 gms
Onions 2 nos cut into wedges
Tomato 1 no cut into wedges
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coconut oil – 3 tsp
Combine everything except the chicken into a grinder bowl and give it a good whip. It shouldnt become a smooth paste but a rough grind.
Now heat oil in a pan and add the chickeb pieces and fry it till it becomes white.
Add the above mix to this…mix them welk together so that it completely covers the chicken…put a lid on it and cook for 15 mins. Keep stirring in between so that it doesnot stick to the pan bottom.
After 15-18 minutes you have a jiffy chickwn dish with calories at 370 kg , carbs at 12 gms and proteins at 25 gms
